Enter the hostname as server.gosigmaway.com, enter your gosigmaway email id and password in the respective fields. Uncheck the 'delete messages' and 'recursive' options. Select protocol as imap. Leave all other fields as it is.

Make sure you are not using any firewall or proxy.

Yes adipta. Its working as of now with 40 emails inside inbox with both imap and pop3.

The problem is with IBS Firewall, I think.

You are right and as it seems, if we use gmail/ibsmail only from IBS, then there will not be any problem whatsoever in accessing the data. Will check that out.
