	<p>Genesys (a provider of customer experience and contact center solutions), announced that the company has recently entered into a partnership agreement with NTT Communications Corporation, a provider of telecommunication services for personal and corporate users. &nbsp;Genesys Platform and NTT Communications have together formed Arcstar Contact Center. This contact center is based on NTT Communications' Enterprise Cloud.</p>
