Nitin Sinha is a certified Master Black Belt (CMBB) from American Society of Quality (ASQ) and brings on board in-depth experience in process re-engineering, transitions and operations management. His process re-engineering experience spans a leading HR Payroll and benefits Company across its payroll, tax and benefits business units engaged in lean facilitations, new product design, IT project management, self Service channel management projects, BPMS implementations, executive training and process improvements. He has also served as an IT consultant for a leading bank identifying quick hit opportunities for ongoing quality projects within the central accounting function against the backdrop of existing technology landscape. In the past he has been in process re-engineering and operations management roles in Genpact, and led operations for large offshore teams facing leading commercial finance clients in the USA, managed multiple transitions for both commercial finance and Analytics processes, as well as undertaken process improvements as a black belt. He is also an FRM (GARP), PMP, CSSBB(ASQ) and MBA.

Rick is an experienced technology leader with a proven track-record in Software Application Development, Technology Operations and Solution Delivery in evolving and diverse business & technology environments. Rick's experience includes a wide-range of leadership positions from direct development team management to senior level position of teams and budgets from several to 450+ world-wide and budgets from $1 million to $49 million He has worked for a wide-variety of companies including Baxter Healthcare, Paramount Physician Network, First Advantage Corporation and Ceridian HCM. Rick's experience includes diverse technology environments spanning 40+ years: how to leverage technology, staffing needs and adapting varies methodologies & governance structure to the diverse technology. In addition, Rick has experience with technology support for mergers and acquisitions from his Role at First Advantage where he supported 23 acquisitions in 36 months. Rick is very hands-on and still writes code to keep abreast with the on-going technology landscape and is interested in improving how software is written and improving performance technology advances found in gaming technology.

Dr. Spagon has over 30 years of experience applying quality and process improvement methodologies in manufacturing and service industries, focusing on Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Experimental Design. Most recently he consulted for a top tier financial institution. Prior to that he was Chief Scientist for an internet marketing company. He has been a member of several of the top Six Sigma consulting firms including Six Sigma Academy and Motorola University. He also was a senior member of the technical staff at SEMATECH, the research and development consortium for semiconductor manufacturing. His academic experience includes an associate professor in the Business School at San Francisco State University and an Instructor in the Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management Department at Northwestern University. Pat has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Berkeley. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and the American Statistical Association.
