According to the authors, data and analytics should be the backbone of every area of organisation, and in order to build a strong D&A function, it is required to take help of organisational people and other components. In order to meet the business goals, it is important to adopt a strategic measure to initiate the data analysis which can be done by a team of skillful data and software engineers, who can be amalgamated with the existing users and providers of D&A and can work cohesively with the non-D&A fellow colleagues, to work towards achieving the goals in a more realistic way.
