Andy Hare
Andy Hare is an experienced executive with a data analytics focus on process improvement. Andy has been a Vice-President of Customer Service Operations for Ceridian, a Fortune 1000 HR/Payroll Services Company and Chief Operating Officer for Datanet, a Microsoft Business Partner company that was sold. He has been a business consultant and a business Professor.
Andy has an MBA from the University of Minnesota and was fortunate to have played and coached under the legendary Lou Holtz. Coach Holtz always said, “you are either getting better or worse, you never stay the same because your competition is working to get better also.” A continuous process improvement focus with the correct information at the right time to make quality decisions has guided his career.
Corey Baisch
Corey Baisch joined Optum in April 2012 as the Vice President of Client Implementation, responsible for all product and service implementations. Prior to joining Optum, Corey worked for Ceridian Corporation for five years as the Sr. Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence where he was responsible for improving the overall customer experience through the deployment of process improvement initiatives. Before Ceridian, Corey worked for General Electric (GE) for seven years in their Commercial Fleet Financing business. While at GE, Corey led several large operations teams,focused on process performance and efficiency improvements,while providing leadership and strategic direction.Corey has also worked at US Bank, Florida Power Corporation and Millican & Associates in various capacities. He is a certified Master Black Belt and has a Business Administration Degree from the University of North Dakota.Corey also obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University.Corey serves as the board President for the Burnsville Athletic Club Boys Traveling Basketball program, a non-profit entity. He also serves in an advisory capacity to a process improvement start-up company, SigmaWay.
Van Baker
Van Baker is a Lean Quality Leader with over 15 years of experience throughout North and South America using Lean, Work-Out, and other Quality tools to improve service industry business processes. He has proven ability to develop and implement strategic process improvements in a cost-conscious environment and inspire people to deliver ambitious results.
