1. What is Sigmaway Works?
Sigmaway Works is a modern coworking space located in Delhi, India, offering flexible workspaces, high-speed internet, meeting rooms, and essential office amenities for freelancers, startups, remote workers, and enterprises.
2. What types of memberships are available?
We offer:
- Hot Desk – flexible seating on a daily/weekly basis
- Dedicated Desk – reserved desk with storage on a monthly plan
- Private Cabin – enclosed team cabins for companies
- Meeting Room Rentals – hourly/daily bookings
- Event Space – available on request for workshops or launches
Custom plans are also available based on your needs.
3. What amenities are included in the membership?
All members enjoy:
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Power backup
- Conference rooms (on booking)
- Pantry access with tea/coffee
- Air-conditioning and ergonomic furniture
4. What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
5. How can I book a meeting or conference room?
Conference rooms can be booked via:
- Our reception desk
- Email or phone
- Online booking portal (if available)
We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.
6. What is the cancellation policy for room bookings?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may not be refunded unless it's an emergency or technical issue on our end.
7. Is there a refund if I cancel my membership?
- Before activation: Yes, you will receive a full refund minus processing charges in case cancelled before 7 days to the activation date
- After activation: Memberships are non-refundable.

8. Can I bring guests or clients with me?
Yes, but:
- All guests must be registered in advance
- Access to meeting rooms or event spaces requires prior booking and maybe chargeable
- Guests must follow all house rules and are not allowed unsupervised access to workspaces.
9. Are food and beverages allowed?
Light food and beverages are allowed in designated areas. We have a pantry with refrigator, microwave, tea, and water. Please help us keep the space clean and odor-free for everyone’s comfort.
10. What should I do if the internet or power goes out?
We have backup systems in place. However, if you experience downtime lasting over 2 hours, please notify the staff immediately.
11. Is there any code of conduct for members?
Yes. Members are expected to:
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment
- Avoid loud calls, music, or disturbing behavior
- Not engage in illegal or inappropriate activities
- Keep the workspace clean and follow safety rules
Violation of rules may lead to termination of access.
12. Is parking available?
Limited paid parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the DDA building parking lot. We encourage using public transport or app-based ride services due to space constraints in East Delhi.
13. Can I use the address of Sigmaway Works for business registration or mail?
You can only use the address for communication, recieving mails and couriers but not for business and GST registration
